November 2021 Market Wrap Up

And just like that, we are in December! I think we can all be truly thankful for the wonderful year in business 2021 has been. We have seen sales soar like never before along with prices increasing across the country by over 20% across the board. This has meant a pay increase for less work as properties have literally sold within a week or two.

So, before you watch my wrap-up of the market November in the video below, I think we should stop and be thankful for a great year all around. The good news is that it doesn’t look like it’s going to change radically anytime soon, although there are some headwinds approaching. These are things like tightening of lending, interest rates hikes, and housing affordability becoming challenging just to name a few. COVID continues to be a threat and an unpredictable unknown with new variants making it a never-ending battle. However, I believe we will get a complete handle on it because as humans we are the hardiest species on the planet and have overcome everything since the dawn of time. Mark my words, we will overcome this.
