Our monthly Supercharge Sessions feature keynote speakers who have succeeded in Real Estate or are champions of other industries who will inspire and invigorate you to keep you firing on all cylinders.

Mastermind
At our monthly Supercharge Sessions, we also all put our heads together and brainstorm ideas and concepts that can elevate and help us succeed. It is also an opportunity to voice your challenges and observations regarding what is happening in the industry, market, and your micro businesses. This has been one of the best additions to our membership, with members commenting on how valuable it is.

Accountability
Jim Rohan said, “If you cannot measure it, you cannot manage it” and it is so true in real estate. If we do not know ALL our metrics, we can not grow or improve. We encourage members to submit their KPIs so that they can benchmark themselves against other members and not only see how you are tracking but what is possible. This can be very motivating and inspiring.

Do you provide 1-on-1 coaching?

Absolutely! At Real Estate Brilliance, we do customised coaching programs for individuals, teams, and offices. These can be done weekly, fortnightly or monthly and are quoted individually depending on your particular needs.

How long does the program last?

This is a 12-month program. Why a whole year? Because it’s not a quick fix program that over-promises and under-delivers! The program is designed to be implemented in stages and to produce real changes in how you do business. Real business success takes time.

I’m brand new and just getting my real estate license, will your program benefit me?
