February 2024 Real Estate Market Update

In our monthly sessions, we’ve had the privilege of engaging with remarkable speakers, fostering open dialogue for all members to contribute insights and receive support. We take immense pride in the evolution of these Supercharge Sessions.

We also cover market tracking and stats, noting varying trends across Australia and New Zealand.

Let’s take a closer look at the current state of the real estate markets in Australia and New Zealand.  Watch the video below and explore the key trends shaping the property landscape.

Australia & New Zealand Real Estate Overview

Sydney and Perth show significant growth, while Melbourne plateaus. Brisbane and Adelaide have respectable growth, with overall positive trends but slightly below previous highs. Rental markets, especially in detached housing sectors, perform well.

Perth stands out for high transaction volumes and low stock levels, presenting challenges for buyers and renters. New Zealand’s market has a softer start in 2024, with slower growth and challenges for new entrants due to high mortgage rates and deposit requirements.

As market growth continues, we urge members to capitalize on momentum, adapt to changing dynamics, and adopt proactive selling strategies to align with market demands.

Here’s to your success!

Cheers

Ryan
