And we are away and racing, I trust everyone had at least a little downtime and others chose the festive season as their annual leave for the year. Either way let’s hope, like me, you are recharged and ready to hit it hard.
To say 2021 was a big year is a bit of an understatement. With sales ending 40% ABOVE the 10-year average is massive, it really is a great time to be a real estate agent. The best thing is that in some regions there is no end in sight. In fact, the market is a 2-speed market with Adelaide and Brisbane going great guns while Sydney and Melbourne are slowing sharply. Perth is showing some slowing but without borders opening in February, prepare to see it explode. One thing is for sure, no matter where you are, 2022 is looking to be another MONSTER year for real estate agents, congratulations.
With all this information, the question begs, WILL YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT? What I mean is that this is the time to grow, this is the time to expand, this is the time to add that layer of automation onto your MLPS, this is the time to take on that support person, the VA, the buyer manager because if you don’t, won’t or can’t do it now, you never will!
Now is the time to get out of your comfort zone and face the challenges head-on so that you can make hay while the sun shines.
