October 2021 Market Wrap up

And it’s a mad dash to the finish line, well that should be your mindset because it is everyone else’s. It is amazing what will get done before the festive season break, many decisions will be made and some of those will be to LIST and SELL in the new year. So, if ever there was a time to get face-to-face and voice-to-voice with as many clients as you can, NOW is the time!!

Now is also the time to be planning for a break during the Christmas to New Year period. IT DOERSNT MATTER WHAT YOU MISS you need rest and switch off time. Those with families, they need you too. JUST DO IT.

2022 is touted to be another good year with many factors indicating that sales will continue at a high level due to things like:

  • low-interest rates,
  • immigration exploding,
  • increase in foreign student applications,
  • and returning Australians to name a few

Although, the prices will continue to slow due to affordability, first home buyers getting priced out of the market, and the expected interest rate hike. Low demand is still driving prices at the moment due to low stock levels, however, the trend is that stock levels are rising.
