Meet the Team
Having built a successful real estate career, Ryan has been there and done it – working his way up from the bottom to owning multiple offices, facing a range of highs and lows along the way.
While building his businesses he had to recruit, train, maintain and inspire people, and realised helping others grow and improve was his higher purpose. So, he opened his own coaching and training business in 2014, dedicating himself to helping agents reach their full potential and live extraordinary lives.
He has developed a unique step-by-step, rubber-to-road system to real estate success that is simple to implement, and his program also helps members expand their presentation and leadership skills, while achieving a work-life balance so they can reap the rewards of their efforts.
Without Anita, there wouldn’t be a Real Estate Brilliance. Highly organised, a brilliant communicator and providing an exceptional level of services, she is the bedrock of the business, running the office and overseeing all day-to-day activities.
Of great benefit to our members is her wealth of knowledge of the property industry; Anita has over 25 years experience in real estate, from property management to office manager to Operations Manager of one of Western Australia’s largest brands.
Her vast experience and network of contacts allow her to assist you with any query, whether you are looking to book some coaching, are seeking some more advice on the training program, want to find a particular resource from our library or need to find someone to assist with graphic design, for example.
Stephen is the reason you have heard the name Real Estate Brilliance. Using email and social media advertising he has spread Real Estate Brilliance name and brand far and wide.
As well as overseeing our electronic digital marketing, Facebook page, and website, Stephen frequently shares his extensive digital marketing knowledge with our members during training, helping them grow their digital footprint and connect with their communities.

Kristine is the first point of contact when you register for one of our webinars, the person who welcomes you as a new member and then liaises with you regularly throughout the program.
