Answer The Phone

Once you have your Multi-Layered Prospecting System up and running, what do you think is going to happen? Your phone is going to start ringing!

You need to prepare yourself for this and implement systems into your business to handle the incoming calls. The reality is, most agents don’t answer their phones and don’t have the systems in place to get it answered. What do you think happens then? The person who rang will go on to ring the next agent. 

What if you can’t answer the phone?

While there are a number of situations where YOU definitely shouldn’t answer the phone, there are ways to still get it answered. In the video below, recorded during The Agent Success System, Grant Fisher takes our Real Estate Brilliance members through situations when they shouldn’t be answering the phone and the systems they can put in place to ensure it does get answered.

It doesn’t matter if the market is booming or trending downwards, you need to have systems in place to get your phone answered. People are calling you because they want to do business with you, so why would you not want to answer the phone?
