November 2022 Market Update

Well, there you have it. 2022 is pretty much done and dusted.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve watched as some agents continue to ride the BOOM while others have seen their market fall off a cliff. In times like this, all you can do is rely on your systems and strategies to get you through and plan for what is to come.

November was not much different with this being the seventh month of decline since the peak of April. While the rate of decline has eased slightly, total listings across capital cities and regional areas are below the previous five-year average.

It’s at this point in the year that I like to look back at what I’ve achieved and set new goals for the next 6 – 12 months. Setting goals is one of the most powerful activities you can do to help you achieve the success you want.
