April 2022 Market Wrap Up

April was an interesting month. It started out with the ending of Daylight Savings for the states that practice it, then we had the extra-long weekend for Easter followed up with the ANZAC Day long weekend. Plenty of opportunities to spend quality time with friends and family, while at the same time some great opportunities to host home opens and launch parties to try and attract as many people as possible with some extra time on their hands.

For a look at how the market performed in April, make sure you give my video below a watch. As always, I’m interested to hear how things are going in your area. During the most recent Supercharge Session, we heard from a few members around the country in both major cities and rural areas. It was very interesting to hear that some people are experiencing different situations than what is being officially reported. Goes to show that the agents on the ground are always the best source of information when it comes to market performance.

As you’re probably aware, next week I am hosting a LIVE webinar, 28 Ways to Win 80% of the Business. During this webinar, I will be talking about pre-listing, presenting, and closing systems and strategies that will help you win 80% or more of your opportunities. It is a great opportunity for you to improve on what you are already doing and to discover new techniques that you can implement into your business.
