And it’s a mad dash to the close of 2020. For most, 2021 will be more than welcomed with the challenges we have faced this year. However, there is always a silver lining and, in most states the dam wall has broken, and the river is gushing. Most agents I talk to are riding the current and making great sales and numbers, even clawing back most of what was lost over lockdown. Once again new challenges are arising with low stocks across the board and agents floundering for listings. And so, the world goes on.

It certainly is time to restock, replenish, and replace. Not only in regard to stock but also in regard to how we do things. Don’t forget, what has worked in the past when it comes to prospecting and nurturing WILL still work NOW. So, don’t ignore the basics. NOTHING will happen until that relationship is built and you are invited to begin the selling conversation with your prospect. SO ……

  • GET FACE TO FACE
  • REWARD THE RESULTS YOU WANT
  • GET ENERGETIC
  • BE IN THE MOMENT
  • STRIKE WHILE THE IRON IS HOT
  • MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN IS SHINING
  • DON’T LEAVE WITHOUT THE BUSINESS
  • JUST KEEP MOVING
