If you’re new here, welcome to my first Market Update for 2023!
Below you will find my full market update video that was recorded during the latest Supercharge Session for Real Estate Brilliance members.
During the Supercharge, we had multiple members from all around Australia tell us how their markets are performing. Not surprisingly, we’re seeing a massive difference between cities and states, with some living the high life, seeing their numbers still at or around COVID boom levels, while others are struggling with low stock levels, little to no inquiries, tyre kickers, and people who are afraid to sell or buy in this market, making it a tough market to predict.
For a full run down of how the market is performing in your area, make sure you watch my video below.

What is Supercharge?
The Supercharge Sessions occur monthly and are a great opportunity for our members to catch up with each other and share how they’ve performed/found the market in their area over the past month. We have an open forum and encourage everyone to share what has worked for them or if they are having any issues. We’re lucky enough at Real Estate Brilliance to have members who have been in the industry for 20+ years helping rookies in their first year find their feet.
Each month we also have a Guest Speaker come in and talk about their life, career, experiences, or give advice. Some notable speakers include:
- Olivia Vivian, Australian Commonwealth Games silver medalist and Ninja Warrior gold medalist
- Tom Panos, Founder of Real Estate Gym
- Dale Beaumont, Founder of Business Blueprint
- Jet Xavier, The High Performance Guy
- Brian Tracy, World-renowned business and life coach
- Aaron Shiner, Real Estate Coach
- James Tostevin, Australia’s #1 Agent
- and over 60 others
Can I join in on a Supercharge Session?
You sure Can! We’d love to have you along. If you’re interested all you need to do is get in touch. The easiest way to do that is to schedule a 15-minute call and we can get to know each other a bit more.
