Welcome to 2021! So far, the year has begun with a magnificent start with optimism boiling overall around the country. It is now clear that our government and decision-makers did a wonderful job protecting us from the pandemic that is still wreaking havoc around the world. So, if you have ever felt hard done by living in this fantastic country you can now rest assured, we are living in the best country in the world without any doubt.
The market has bounced back from a topsy-turvy year with a 2% growth rate respectively for the nation. We’ve also seen been higher growth rates in regional areas which is great news.
We’re still experiencing depleted stock levels with no end in sight to the high demand from buyers and panic buying to secure properties. This brings with it challenges already mentioned, so regardless of anything, we as agents need to change gear and focus our attention on lead generation as a priority and nurture, nurture, nurture.
With a change in the market comes a change in how the market can be taken advantage of. Make sure you stick to your systems and procedures and re-focus on new strategies and skills to ensure you are getting the best out of this amazing bullish market.
