Don’t lose your business at Reception

As an organization, we spend an exorbitant amount of money in order to get our phones to ring. The shocking fact is that most of the business gets lost on the initial phone or before.

People are more likely to call an office phone number over a mobile number as the trust for the organization is higher than for the rep. This means that every salesperson puts a lot of trust on the shoulders of the receptionist.
