BOOMING! Continuous rises in property prices, growth surpasses pre-COVID levels heading into ‘21, stock levels continue to drop, average days on market 42 (22 days for Perth lowest in 14 years), best clearance rate for auction at around 70% (best in a decade), mortgage holidays already back into repayment schedule with no major side effects, 3.1% growth nationally. AS I SAID THE MARKET IS ON FIRE!
This was also evident with our Members figure for November with records and personal bests happening all over the place.
Just remember with a BOOM market comes many new challenges:
- low stocks,
- unrealistic vendor expectations,
